I am a holistic practitioner who believes that the integration of the mind, body and spirit is the foundation for personal growth and healing. When you are ready for change, I can assist you with learning new tools and practical skills to reach your full potential. My desire is to partner with you and assist you in realizing your goals and objectives, within in a safe and a supportive environment. In my experience, there is no "one size fits all approach" to treatment. Each client is unique, and is seeking help for individual reasons. Though I practice a variety of therapeutic treatments, I initially begin sessions with a Person-Centered, Strengths Based, Solution Focused approach.
