Hi, my name is Darlene, founder/owner of Inner Tides Counseling, PLLC. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Illinois and Florida. I have over 10 years of experience primarily working with children, adolescents, and adults who experienced various forms trauma. I also support people in addressing areas of relationships, parenting, life transitions, grief/loss, depression & anxiety. I use relational, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive frameworks rooted in feminist, attachment, systems theories.
