I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience providing mental health intervention to individuals and families. As an action-oriented therapist, I am trained and skilled to provide therapy in areas of Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Marriage, Aging, Relational Abuse, Life Transitions, and PTSD. I use John Gottman's theory in marital therapy, Systems Theory, EMDR, CBT, DBT, Trauma, Sexual Abuse, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My therapy helps people to live a more meaningful life by developing psychological flexibility (ACT). Education: B.A. Psychology, Loretto Heights College in Denver.
