You matter! Making the decision to seek out therapy can feel like a big step. However, sitting with difficult emotions or situations can be the more challenging choice. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have supported children, families and adults in working through an array of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral concerns and difficult family dynamics. Working together, we can identify the challenges you face and create goals which can help you worwk through those difficulties. I have worked with clients for around ten years in several settings, which include an intensive in-home treatment program for children and families, an extended day treatment program, as well as my own private practice. I have worked to support children and families in creating goals to address each individual, family or child's unique challenges.
