I have over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I work with adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, co-dependency, and shadow work. I help my clients explore and heal core beliefs that are preventing them from living their lives to the fullest potential. I offer a safe space where all are welcome without judgement. I identify as an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and to the BIPOC community. I stand as equals and support. I also offer a spiritual space if that is welcomed by a client. Spirituality is a strength that provides hope and safety which can help mitigate mental health symptoms.
