I specialize in helping people of all ages who have anxiety, OCD, and those who are on the Autism Spectrum, including testing/assessment. In person or telehealth for people residing anywhere in Missouri or Kansas. Issues include anxiety, panic, social and coping skills, intrusive thoughts, giftedness, and self-esteem. Parents of younger kids may benefit from learning effective behavior modification strategies and fine tuning their parenting style. Issues addressed can include toilet training, help with bedtime and morning routines, sibling conflict, school anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem, and tantrums/meltdowns.
