I'm Darlene, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Indiana and a Certified Professional Coach with over 17 years of experience in listening to and connecting with people to help them grow, change, heal and reach personal, professional, relational, and spiritual goals. I specialize in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy as well as Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy. NOTE: As of 2/1/26, couples caseload is full. I am passionate about supporting marriages to become secure relationships, with increased connection, and more emotional safety. These seemingly impossible tasks can be very possible with EFCT! I offer a warm and welcoming environment while addressing concerns related to relational, personal, professional, and spiritual growth and development.
