I’m a psychotherapist, educator, and clinical supervisor with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. As a Certified EMDR therapist I specialize in utilizing an Attachment-focused approach to address a wide range of issues, including trauma, depression, relationship struggles, attachment wounds, anxiety disorders, and creative blocks. Additionally, I employ Internal Family Systems Therapy, a highly effective therapeutic method that promotes harmonious integration among our inner 'parts' that may be in conflict.
