I work with individuals and families with a range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, grief, mediation, and relationship issues. I truly want to know and understand you and I will listen to your story with compassion and empathy. Always validating your feelings and experiences, I am committed to treating you with respect in a warm, comfortable and non-judgmental atmosphere. My counseling style consists of a warm, interactive, holistic, and strength based approach in which the client controls the pace and focus of our work. I also utilize person-centered along with cognitive behavioral therapies and coaching.
