Welcome! I provide general mental health counseling for children, teens, and young adults. As a therapist, I take a client-centered and strengths-based approach, and strive to always be a welcoming, non-judgmental, and empowering presence for clients. I utilize interventions from a variety of evidence-based therapies including Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist for Individuals (CCTS-I) through the Trauma Institute International. I have several years of experience working with children and teens, including having been a trauma therapist, school counselor, and support group facilitator for children of divorced or separated parents.
