Dealing with life’s everyday challenges can be difficult and dealing with mental health issues can often seem like an overwhelming obstacle. When we don’t have an effective support system to navigate these situations, we can end up feeling “stuck," with no idea of how to move forward. As your counselor, I will work with you to help you identify both your goals for success and the best method to help you achieve them.
