Therapy is about making yourself a priority. In finding your path, it is ok not to have everything figured out. With years of experience guiding adults and adolescents through anxiety and depression, I collaboratively work with you to subtract those things that you find distracting you from your goals. Utilizing various evidence-based interventions, we build confidence by exploring strategies to coping with life situations. My goal as your therapist is to walk with you on your journey, as you overcome obstacles in becoming your limitless self.
