As we move through life, there are many different moments which can make us feel stuck, stifled, or unsure of ourselves and our paths. In these moments, a space in which we can feel heard, supported, and understood is essential. I believe therapy can enable us to explore the roots of these challenges, discover new ways to move forward, and find greater possibilities for ourselves and our relationships. My aim as a therapist is to support you in this process by creating an open, nonjudgmental space to navigate life’s challenges and the full range of emotions that accompany them.
