About

I am a clinically licensed marriage and family therapist (LCMFT in KS, LMFT in MO and CA) with over 16 years of experience providing support to individuals, couples, and families in addressing their mental health and wellness needs. I have worked in inpatient, outpatient, private practice, and community mental health settings as well as acted as a board approved clinical supervisor to MFTs working towards advanced/ clinical licensure. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, authentic, and warm blending multiple therapeutic modalities, specifically family systems, DBT, CBT, and solution-focused with a backing in medical models.
