I work with clients from a trauma-informed, body-centered approach. Whether dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, or mood disorders, these challenges often stem from developmental or relational trauma stored in the nervous system. Shock trauma can also activate underlying issues that have remained dormant. I collaborate with clients to carefully explore their history and goals, using Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and other somatic modalities to help release trauma, restore balance, and resolve the inner disturbances. I specialize in trauma-informed care, focusing on developmental and shock trauma through Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and Inner Child experiential methods. As a SEP, I help release trauma stored in the body, promoting healing and balance. My approach includes body-centered modalities tailored to each client’s unique healing process for effective resolution.
