There are as many paths to healing as there are people. I've developed a mindful, intuitive, person-centered approach to therapy which helps me meet clients where they are at, building an alliance which allows for positive change and growth to be possible. Love and positivity are key, as well as understanding that some healing takes time. My goal is to help people lead beautiful, fulfilling lives! I'm very interested in working with clients who are passionate about healing and spirituality. As a professional musician and artist, I also love working with creatives as I have experience with the unique challenges they may face.
