Everyone deserves a voice! These days marginalized people face unprecedented challenges. Childhood memories propelled me to study exactly what it means to be responsible, aware, and conscious. And with that spirit I invite you to embark on your inner journey. With me as your guide, you will find your way through the swamp! My experience involves people living with anger, anxiety, frustration, irritability, and trauma. Training started 30 years ago, and with a degree from Washington University, I am now a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Missouri.
