My name is Daveny Vinson, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I provide mental health services for the states of Georgia and Alabama to adults. My experience includes almost 20 years of working with a wide variety of mental health and addiction issues which include depression, grief, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, and addiction. I approach counseling using mindfulness techniques, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief, and Person-Centered Therapy. My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, empathy, and collaboration.
