Many people struggle with early childhood experiences and relationships or other traumatic events which negatively impact their current lives and relationships. If you find yourself grappling with issues like people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-doubt, or other unhealthy patterns, I would love to help you navigate those feelings, explore new ways of being, and foster more connection and intentionality. My aim is create a warm and collaborative environment that emphasizes your unique experience and strengths. I practice from an emotionally-focused, psychodynamic framework and often incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I enjoy working with adults living with challenges such as attachment wounds, trauma, anxiety, codependence, and ADHD to cultivate more intentional ways of being.
