My approach is interactive, flexible, and goal oriented. I utilize evidence-based methods and offer practices, perspectives and skills to help clients move toward their treatment goals. I have worked successfully with clients grappling with anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, substance misuse and other Compulsive behavior, life transitions, relational trauma, identity issues, and career change among other concerns.
