Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in DC and FL. My main areas of expertise are adults with substance use, LGBTQ+ issues, anxiety, and depression. I'm great at listening, creative problem solving, and stress-reduction techniques. I tend to utilize a combination of approaches, including psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and more holistic practices. Therapy is different for everyone, and I will work with you to find what works best for you and your goals. I can help you achieve your goals if you know what they are, and I can help you find your goals if you don't. I frequently have evening session availabilities.
