Everyone struggles with mental health and relationship challenges—but how you experience them is uniquely yours. Therapy is where we lighten that load and turn those struggles into opportunities for growth and healing. I provide a space for this exploration, one where you can get personal and vulnerable, laugh and cry, sometimes even curse and yell, and also informational and straight to the point. Together, we would do this by building trust and learning how our body-mind connection impacts our mental health.
