I help teens going through a hard time feel understood and more hopeful. Are the teenage years bumpier than you thought? Is it a struggle to connect with people, and feel like you belong? Are there things you want to do, or "should" do, but it's tough when your mind is loud with worry and doubt? You’re tired of beating yourself up. Together, you and I can figure it out. Our therapy gives us a calm, safe space to focus on you and your story. We get the chance to discover what is truly awesome about you. Working together, you can feel more calm, confidence, connection, and joy. As a teacher, coach, and social worker, I've worked with teens and parents every step of the way. I know everyone has their own learning style and energy level, so our sessions can be as unique as you are! I am relaxed, active, and kinda goofy. Our work is interactive, and I will check in with you frequently to make sure I'm "getting it".
