I specialize in treating a broad range of challenges, including Major Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia/Schizoaffective Disorder & PTSD. I use an integrative approach, blending Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients reach their mental health and life goals.
