Hi, I’m David Ballard MA, LPC. I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, mood difficulties, relationship issues and addiction recovery. Many clients feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, pain, addiction, self-doubt, or overwhelming emotions, unsure how to move forward. Using EMDR, ART, PIT, family of origin, inner child, psychodrama, parts work, somatic therapy, CBT, and DBT, I tailor therapy to your unique needs.
