Hello, my name is David Baptist. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I began counseling just over 10 years ago. I believe that our lives are difficult, forming and keeping relationships is a struggle, transitioning to new and unexpected ways of being is emotional and can be confusing. Finding meaning and purpose when feeling exhausted and losing people and abilities that used to give comfort are suddenly changed or lost. We need people, we need purpose, and finding that bearing in an ocean of thoughts, feelings, and life events sometimes requires an expert in navigation.
