As a counselor, I seek to help individuals find meaning, purpose and resilience through their struggles and challenges. For the past 15 years I have provided mental health services in various settings and with different populations. My focus in counseling is to develop a compassionate relationship with each person based on a radical acceptance of a person's history, difficulties and strengths. Through this compassionate relationship, each person can learn self-compassion and flourish by using their personal strengths and pursuing their values. Free consultations are available.
