I work primarily with teenagers (age 12-19) and use the treatment modality of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My casual approach can address issues ranging from trauma, substance use ( i.e. cannabis, alcohol, vaping), family problems, LGBTQ-related issues, anxiety, depression, and more. I have also worked with parents of youth in family sessions and will accept adult clients. My approach is client centered. We will discuss your goals, break them down into manageable steps, and have a check-in each session.
