I believe in the potential for growth and healing in every person who can acknowledge that these are things they need. And in fact, every one of us has room for more growth and healing! So while stigma may cause you to feel isolated in your struggles, I see such struggles as part of the human experience. My first goal with all of my clients is to help them see their inherent worth and dignity as human beings.
