Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and relatively new to Counseling as it has to do with the individual therapeutic setting. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Education as well as a Masters Degree in Counseling. I have been a school counselor for over 20 years as well as a counselor at the post secondary level for close to 10 years. I have recently completed training courses in both Yoga and Pilates. My treatment focus in the therapeutic setting is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
