Many of my clients come to therapy after major transitions or losses, unsure of how to move forward. My goal is to help you find relief, deepen relationships, and reclaim a life that feels authentic, peaceful, and truly your own. I also specialize in working with children of immigrants who may feel caught between cultures, navigating unique pressures and expectations.
