For so many of us, we often get mired in the pieces of our daily schedule rather than getting to actually enjoy life on a day to day basis. The reasons we get caught up in the minutiae can vary from relationship woes, stress at work, or past trauma but they are all challenges I can help you with. I will work with you on the journey to helping you find peace and being free from the weight of the things that are holding you back from living your life to its fullest. Our therapy space is a safe place, where you can allow yourself to be open and express yourself however you need to in order to be understood without fear of judgement.
