I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with men and individuals navigating substance use and recovery. My approach is direct, supportive, and collaborative, with a focus on building insight, accountability, and practical skills that translate into real life. My approach to therapy is direct, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe that change happens when clients feel both supported and challenged to see themselves and their situations more clearly. Together, we identify the patterns, behaviors, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies to create meaningful change.
