I am a trauma-informed, intersectionality-minded psychotherapist specializing in mood disorders, trauma and relationships. I speak fluent English and Spanish. I am first generation and a member of the LGBTQIA community. I have vast experience working with people who are challenged by sadness and/or intrusive worrying and people who have a history of self-harm and suicidal ideation. I have empathy in working with clients in overcoming sexual abuse/intimate partner violence, intergenerational trauma, racial trauma and other trauma work. I work with short-term goals and/or taking our time to get to know each other for long-term goals.
