Life is messy, and being human is complex. Feeling fulfilled or finding meaning doesn't always come naturally, and that's OK. Much of my focus is on the subconscious, where defense mechanisms and ingrained patterns can block growth and keep you stuck. Once we identify what needs to shift, we can begin to reshape the personal narratives that no longer serve you, clearing space for a deeper sense of self to emerge. I bring a depth of clinical experience and training to our work. But meaningful change only happens when you're willing to step out of your comfort zone by investing time into the intimate process of transformation.
