I enjoy working with clients who are dealing with the understandable stress, uncertainty and confusion (often anxiety and/depression) that often accompany major life changes and transitions. These can be related to normal developmental stages and life transitions, but often occur due to unexpected disruptions - serious medical issues, job loss, relationship distress and endings, and many others. I like to serve individuals who are experiencing an existential crisis of meaning and help them find solid footing for where they are at NOW in their lives. I provide marriage and couples therapy using both EFT and the Gottman method.
