I consider myself a person-centered Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) that is also well versed in several mental health therapeutic techniques including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Clinical Hypnotherapy. I have extensive experience helping people cope with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, anger, addictive behaviors, narcissistic abuse and interpersonal problems.
