My number one specialty is in forensic psychological evaluations. I regularly work with attorneys in criminal matters related to competence to stand trial, competence to waive miranda rights, NGRI/diminished capacity, post conviction relief, juvenile waivers, risk assessments (violence, psychosexual, civil commitment), and sentencing/mitigation reports. In addition to my work on the criminal side, I also work in civil cases involving firearm ID & permits, mental health expungements, pre-employment evaluations, guardianship, and disability/personal injury cases. I've been an expert witness in courtrooms all over NJ since 2015.
