Welcome to my practice. I work primarily with couples who are struggling with their relationships, whether it’s because of emotional disconnection, infidelity, or the overwhelming challenges of family life and career demands. Most distressed couples get caught in a conflict loop that is difficult to get out of. Arguments take on a "wash-rinse-repeat" quality. It’s a painful thing to feel isolated or at odds with your person, the one you chose to build a life and relationship with.
