David Hafter, LMFT (California license 24935). I have been licensed since 1989. My approach, for individuals, is Solution Focused oriented, setting clear goals with you and building on your strengths to address your issues. I am also very well-versed in couples and/or family therapy. I have decades of experience working with adolescents and young adults. My areas of expertise include brief therapy, couples, and family therapy. An individual’s issues are often connected to unresolved issues/trauma from the past so addressing these areas brings the freedom of other ways of being for the client.
