I have 22 years of experience in the mental health field working with all ages, diverse backgrounds/cultures, and issues across the spectrum. I’m real, authentic, and down-to-earth; I believe in the importance of smiles, warmth, and humor. I’m equipped to help people struggling with mental (e.g., distorted thinking), emotional (e.g., anxiety, depression, anger), spiritual (e.g., ritual abuse, church or theology/doctrine issues), and trauma, stress, or other issues (e.g., PTSD, complex trauma, bipolar, schizophrenia, addiction). There is peace and calm in my presence; I help people find stability and rest, even in the storms of life.
