I am a courageously curious, deeply relational, and gently direct psychotherapist. I support individuals, couples, and families in more fully connecting with self and others. My style draws primarily from Gestalt: an experiential, relational, here-and-now-oriented, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach. I strategically utilize mindfulness, somatic body process, role-reversal, enactment, dreams, parts work, and other creative experiments. I also integrate Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, Psychedelic and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, and other frameworks as needed.
