I have been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) for over 20 years. I have had the opportunity to work with a wide array of clients struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, identity struggles, grief and loss, trauma, and interpersonal struggles. My ideal client carries a genuine curiosity about themselves and how they can work to live a life that corresponds with their values. Starting therapy can be a scary process.
