About

I work with children, teenagers, young adults and families. I help clients struggling with stress and anxiety, challenges with social skills and relationships with others, behavior change, and ADHD and related difficulties. I work primarily with children, adolescents and young adults, as well as offering family therapy. I am trained in several evidence-based practices, with a basis in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I am a former neurodevelopmental assessment psychologist at Boston Children's Hospital, where I was on the faculty at Harvard Medical School. I bring this perspective to all my clients.
