My goal is to help families to increase communication patterns to and develop strong bonds. Have over three decades of experience successfully helping parents and their children to decrease acting out behaviors, improve coping skills, and to increase their functioning. Help blended families with adjustment, relationship issues, and to resolve child management problems. Have a vast amount amount of experience working with individuals to help them reduce depression, anxiety, and to increase their ability to manage daily stressors successfully. My strategy is to help clients let go the past and make their future more successful.
