I frequently work with adolescents and young adults transitioning to college or early stages of employment, or adults coping with job stress and the prospect of seeking out a new job or preparing for retirement, or clients facing challenges in relationships, or coping with loss or health issues . Clients seek out a safe, warm environment, in order to experience unconditional support and a therapeutic framework to manage difficult emotions and feel more empowered to manage challenging situations. I am also experienced assisting families and couples in managing conflict and improving communication.
