When facing life's challenges, it can often be difficult to know how to work through our emotions and make value-centered choices. Through the counseling process, I seek to help clients overcome their challenges and find greater fulfillment in their lives. I work with clients facing a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, OCD, and grief. As a Catholic counselor, I believe in the inherent dignity of every person, and I hope that through the counseling process you will be able to rediscover your inherent value and begin to find healing and wholeness.
