My clients are typically navigating significant life changes—starting high school or college, launching or shifting careers, starting a family, adjusting to a move, relocation, or life abroad, or feeling stuck in transition—while managing anxiety, a rollercoaster of emotions, ADHD, or challenges related to identity, family, or relationships. I help teens, young adults, and professionals gain confidence, clarity, and coping skills through collaborative work. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for all. My approach is strengths-based and culturally responsive, affirming of each client’s unique background, values, and identity.
