I work collaboratively with clients to address the deeper roots that underlie their psychological struggles. My clients describe me as warm, compassionate and discerning. My therapeutic style draws from research based experiential modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. I am a certified IFS practitioner through the IFS institute. I work with individuals and couples aged 14 and above. I see all clients online through a secure teletherapy platform. I work with insurance out of network only. I look forward to hearing from you.
