I am a licensed clinical social worker with 25 years of experience as both a clinician and administrator in mental health settings. I use an individualized, integrative approach, utilizing talk therapy and coaching while partnering with my clients to find solutions to life's problems and providing resilience-building tools. I specialize in enhancing resilience among my clients. Whether its increasing one's self-esteem or helping to build better relationships, we will partner to gather new tools and techniques to improve in these areas. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution focused therapies blended with a psychodynamic approach in addressing issues.
